Yo, Joe My A--! TGD Joins Cobra!

Faithful Transformer Generation Dad readers, I have some exciting news.  Just a short time before the 2012 Geek Tournament is set to kick off, we have acquired a super awesome prize from a sponsor who is obviously so confident in the awesomeness of their product that they are willing to associate with such a meager blog.  That sponsor is...

Cobra Electronics!

This year, one lucky contestant who submits a bracket and is closest to the end results of our tournament will receive an iRadar Detection System from Cobra Electronics.  Let's see some pictures of the swag and learn a little more about it, shall we?

The product is described as follows:

"The Cobra iRadar Detection System was the industry’s first product to combine industry-leading radar/laser/camera detection technology with the power of your smartphone.  The second generation of iRadar takes detection to the cloud. The Cobra iRadar Community allows users to report and warn other users of live police, caution areas, and photo enforcement areas in real-time.  In addition, when an iRadar detects a safety alert or caution it can automatically share this information with other iRadar Community users nearby. For more information, go to www.cobrairadar.com."

That's right, Transformer Generation Dad and Cobra Electronics have joined forces to help you ward off the Orwellian future.  By participating in this year's Geek Tournament you, too, can fight the tyranny of red light cameras and speed traps.  You can form your own secret band of rebel troops and secretly combat the government's attempt to take your hard earned money from your pocket and crush you under its thumb.

Or you can just get a really cool gadget for your dashboard that syncs with your iPhone or Android.  However you want to look at it.

Either way, it makes submitting a bracket a lot more worthwhile.  So stay tuned!  Check back early and often.  Follow TGD on Facebook and receive updates on when and how the brackets will be made available and you could be the lucky winner of your own iRadar.

Be prepared to join the movement...I mean, the contest.
